Willamette Angel Conference (WAC) – This is an angel conference that happens once a year. It rotates between Corvallis and Eugene. The inaugural conference was held in Corvallis in May 2009. The next WAC will be held in Eugene on May 13, 2010. The goals of the WAC are to (1) increase capital development within our region, (2) develop and educate angel investors and entrepreneurs, and (3) promote the Southern Willamette Valley as a vital region for supporting emerging growth start-up businesses.
